Many times, especially if not the incumbent, you don’t have an individual person to validate in a specific job, then you need to have some way to document proposed salaries, particularly on cost-plus type contracts.

In this example, we’re looking at the Wilmington, NC overall job market for the past 6ish years and include a forecast for the total number of workers and the estimated salaries, per quartile.

In this case, each quartile is approximately 40K employees.

We can further expand this specific data to other locations, and drill down into unique job classifications and industries for the client’s use case and proposal requirements.
